Beverly Z. Bowen began her career as a full-time Realtor in 1984. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping people achieve their real estate goals, whether first time buyers or experienced investors. Beverly believes in her product, having been an investor and developer since the 1970′s. She has a wealth of experience to share.

John Schnackenberg has always been an Entrepreneur.  The challenging world of real estate now allows him the opportunity to serve his client’s needs.  John says; “this is the most rewarding and satisfying work I’ve done in my professional career”.  I’m committed to making a difference so together we can achieve your real estate dreams.

Beverly and John are firm believers in education.  Their in-depth training is a continual process that includes many aspects of the real estate business. Betweeen them they have attained the following designations and certifications: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Internet Professional (e-Pro), Real Estate Investment Specialist (OICP), Resort and Second Homes Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

We are certified Real Estate Investment Specialists dedicated to helping people harness the power of American housing as a wealth building asset. We are able to assist our clients who want to use real estate as a financial planning vehicle.
